A developer of tailor-made electric vehicle drivetrain systems, incorporating its world-leading, proprietary technology is currently looking for a Mechanical Build Technician. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in research and development and in the bespoke conversion of classic vehicles to electric drive.
The Mechanical Build Technician will:
- Ensure team compliance with quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Build client vehicles through to handover.
- Maintain accurate build records.
- Identify areas for operational improvements, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
- Help develop work instructions and guidance materials for internal and external use.
The Mechanical Build Technician will have:
- Classic car repair and maintenance experience.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Familiarity with business tools such as Asana, Jira, etc.
