Based in Aberdeen Westhill, you'll work with innovative modular and HVAC projects from concept to completion in an office-based role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience as a Design Engineer or HNC/HND in HVAC Engineering.
• Proven project management and coordination skills.
• Strong technical and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in relevant software and able to work under pressure.
• Innovative thinker with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 3D models, detailed drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Design frames and liaise with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Create BOMs, RFQs, and analysis packages.
• Produce documentation, work packs, and close-out packages.
• Lead adherence to HSE and engineering processes.
• Supervise workshop, production scheduling, and design teams.
• Communicate with managers, colleagues, clients, procurement, and suppliers effectively.
• Promote continuous improvement in procedures and company strategies.
• Support TEXO Group and identify business development opportunities.
