About Us:

Our client is a dynamic and well-established motor group specializing in the sale and service of commercial vehicles, including trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by actively prospecting, networking, and cold calling potential clients.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Conduct needs analysis with customers to recommend suitable truck models and specifications.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest truck models, features, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to customers.
  • Coordinate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the brand and products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of trucks and commercial vehicles, including different models and specifications.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Valid UK driving license.
