IT Support Engineer to provide IT technical support for several Schools in the East Hampshire area. A recent Enhanced DBS check is preferred (Disclosure & Barring Service).

Must also hold a full UK Driving Licence and your own car. Mileage will be paid for any business mileage at 45 pence/mile.

A chance to join a leading IT managed services business specialising in providing IT support into the Education sector. Start ideally late Summer/Autumn 2024.

Key experience + tasks will include:

  • Providing day-to-day IT support for Desktop PCs, Mobile Devices, Laptops, Chromebooks + Tablets. 
  • Peripheral Support for Printers, Scanners, Interactive Whiteboards, Projectors + Audio/Visual equipment. 
  • IT problem diagnosis, trouble-shooting, image build/deploy tools, Microsoft and Apple devices, MS Windows, Office 365, Google Workspace + wireless networking.
  • Soft skills: proactive, organised, workload prioritisation, approachable, professional, problem solving + customer-facing skills.
  • DBS certificate (Enhanced Disclosure) and previous Schools / Education sector experience preferred.
  • Professional IT qualifications would be an advantage -eg- CompTIA A+, MCP, MCITP, MTA, MCSE (or similar).
