- Provide high-quality care to patients with mental illness and personality disorders.
- Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement.
- Follow all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation.
- Contribute to patient assessments and care plans.
- Lead shifts and mentor student nurses and team members.
