IT SERVICE DESK - 2ND LINE
SALARY - UP TO £35,000 + BENEFITS

Your new role
An award-winning IT Business responsible for implementing high quality, business-changing IT solutions to hundreds of Customers are looking to add a further 2nd Line IT Support / Service Desk member to the IT Support Team. You will be joining a fast-paced working environment which is both challenging & rewarding. The company will provide you with an excellent salary package, training and development support.

What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will possess as many of the following as possible:
- Minimum 2 Years' Experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisation & communication skills.
- A friendly, approachable, can-do attitude.
- The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- A proven track record of resolving and managing critical incidents (P1's)

Strong technical experience in these areas would be ideal:
Office 365 environments, (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune & Autopilot)
Windows Server Environments, (Active Directory, Exchange, File Server, Print Server, DFS, DNS, DHCP etc.)
Network Troubleshooting, (Firewalls, Networks, Wireless etc.)
Windows Desktop Troubleshooting
Security Knowledge (Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Encryption, MFA Technologies)
Office 365 Backup Products

What you'll get in return
The role comes with a salary of up to £35,000 + Benefits.
PLEASE NOTE - for the first 6 Months you will be based FULL-TIME IN THE HQ OFFICES - Thereafter - HYBRID working is on offer.
