How Specialist Talent Works:

At Peregrine, we find the best talent for our clients. Unlike traditional contractors, where you are hired by the client, you remain a permanent employee of Peregrine, with access to all our standard benefits:

  • A Permanent Position in a Market-Leading Workforce Solutions company
  • Life Assurance

  • Pension Scheme - Employer matched to 5%
  • Voluntary Benefits – Health Cash Plan, Dental, Will Writing etc
  • Annual Leave - 23 days rising to 27 with length of service
  • Sick Pay - Increasing with length of service

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Stakeholder Engagement Managers will have additional responsibilities as LECN moves into product lifecycle management with a focus on sustaining and enhancing the LECN product. This will include gathering information from prioritised new customers who have not worked with LECN before (likely to have minimal technical knowledge as has been experienced in the current LECN programme), along with gathering information on PSN replacement (a critical element of sustainment that was not part of the current LECN programme)
  • In addition to the new relationships being developed above, this will also include maintaining the strong relationships LECN currently has with approximately 103 Law Enforcement organisations and up to 125 Other Government Departments and Arm’s Length Bodies who have transitioned to LECN and will require support in decommissioning the PSNfP and also learn of ongoing, new services resulting from the sustainment effort.
  • Relationship management with identified single points of contact will be key and the stakeholder manager will be expected to present PowerPoint slides at virtual teleconferences as well as hold 1-2-1 sessions with key stakeholders.
  • The Stakeholder Engagement Manager will need to support the work with police organisations carried out by the existing stakeholder engagement managers in the team.

Requirements:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new organisations, providing support and all required information: for the decommissioning of the PSNfP and with new customers that will be moving through the transition, ensuring activities are completed within agreed timeframes, and for existing this will be working with BAU service management to educate on new services as they become available.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships for allocated internal and external stakeholders, reporting back on any escalation or appreciation required to strengthen the quality of the relationships.
  • Manage strategic partnership relationships (i.e. Fujitsu and Vodafone), liaising with them to ensure clear communication, knowledge transfer and team working to deliver complex changes to stakeholder services
  • Provide weekly updates internally and to external partners (i.e. Fujitsu and Vodafone), reporting, advising forward plans, forwarding relevant intelligence and providing updates on the delivery progress of allocated transition steps.
  • Create and maintain Excel trackers which monitor and plan, as well as inform the LECN sustainment of reporting figures and progress
  • Identify and implement any interventions necessary with stakeholders who require additional information and support: proactively resolve stakeholder issues and share lessons learned with LECN team members.
  • Work collaboratively with the Communications Lead, other Stakeholder Managers and the Business Change Manager to manage effectively the delivery of the overall LECN transition plan.
  • Write and contribute to reporting and communications materials, including presentations, to ensure the work of LECN sustainment is accurately represented
  • Cover activities for other Stakeholder Managers where required.
