What You’ll Be Doing 💼💻:
- Role Analysis: Team up with clients to nail down role specifics.
- Candidate Sourcing: Scout top talent via networks and job boards.
- Candidate Screening: Preselect candidates to match SOMA standards.
- Interview Prep: Equip candidates for client interviews.
- Job Qualification: Clarify job requirements with clients.
- Process Management: Oversee recruitment from start to finish.
- Mentorship: Guide junior consultants in role and candidate assessment.
- Consultant Follow-Up: Conduct monthly check-ins on consultant missions.
- Code of Conduct: Adhere to NES Fircroft’s code and HSE policy.
- Additional Tasks: Take on extra responsibilities as needed.
- Budget Monitoring: Track budget activities weekly.
What We’re Looking For 🔍👀
- Bachelor’s Degree: Specializing in Economy, HR, Marketing, or Foreign Languages.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in French at a professional level.
- Recruitment Expertise: 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment.
- Energy Enthusiast: A strong passion for the energy sector.
- Personality Plus: Outgoing and confident, you’re the life of the recruitment party.
