Customer Relationship Manager (6 Month FTC)- Surrey (hybrid)- Up to £45k (pro-rata)

Pod Talent is excited to continue their close partnership with one of Europe’s leading drinks suppliers who are looking for a Customer Collaboration Manager to join their team in Surrey for a 6 month FTC. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, working on collaborating and building relationships with key B2B off trade channels 
• Identify and drive improvements across supply chain operations 
• Work closely with demand planners to ensure forecasts are accurate and aligned with promotional plans 

Requirements

• Immediately available or short notice period 
• Experience managing and planning for a B2B customer account 
• Experience working in a large FMCG environment (ideally food & bev)
• Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
• Excel and SAP knowledge
