Contracts Manager – Residential New Build
Location: South Midlands (Covering North Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Northamptonshire)
Salary: Up to £85,000 + Package

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client's dynamic team. You will oversee 3-4 residential sites within the region, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years as a Contracts Manager with a volume house builder.
- Location: Must be based within an hour's commute of Northampton.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a thorough understanding of the residential construction process.
