Salary circa Salary circa £45,000, plus potential 10% bonus (paid annually in arrears):
5% of salary bonus for achieving company overall sales budget
5% of salary bonus for achieving the budgeted operating profit
Christmas bonus dependant on company and personal performance

Hours of Work: 
36 hours per week, semi-flexible core hours 10.00 to 16.00 from Monday to Thursday (inclusive), and from 10.00 to 12.00 on Fridays, with a 16:00 finish every 4 weeks.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering the agreed monthly/quarterly/annual sales budgets while ensuring the financial success and security of the business. With a competitive salary circa £45,000 plus a potential 10% bonus, including a Christmas bonus based on company and personal performance, this role offers great earning potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling to architects, engineers, and contractors, as well as specification tender sales experience. Your specific responsibilities will include maximizing sales of relevant products, managing the sales funnel/pipeline, offering sales and technical support to customers, and developing new sales opportunities.

You will also be responsible for managing a team, handling various sales streams, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the development of new sales and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in improving business processes, tracking opportunities, and ensuring customer orders are in line with terms and conditions.
