Tradewind is seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and welcoming school in the Cheadle area. If you have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and a commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment, we want to hear from you!
Role: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Cheadle Area
Pay Rate: Competitive, £85 to £95 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the teacher in delivering high-quality early years education.
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of engaging and educational activities.
- Working one-on-one or in small groups to support children's individual learning needs.
- Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting social and emotional development.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
- Previous experience working as an Early Years Teaching Assistant is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
