Finance Assistant - Multi Academy Trust (Greater Manchester/Cheshire - with travel to Northwich, Middlewich, and Macclesfield

Contract Type: Full-time, 3 months (potential for permanency)

T4S Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a Multi Academy Trust for a Finance Assistant. This full-time position is initially for 3 months, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The hours are 8am until 4pm and the role is to start as soon as possible!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial and administrative support to the finance service team across the trust.
• Ensure accurate processing of financial transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and budget monitoring.
• Support financial reporting and assist with month-end procedures.
• Travel to schools within the trust located in Northwich, Middlewich, and occasionally Macclesfield.

Requirements:

• Strong finance and administration skills.
• Previous experience in a finance assistant or similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel between different school sites as needed.
• Readily available for immediate start.
