Position: Design Coordinator

Hill Mcglynn Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency, and we are excited to be recruiting for a regional main contractor based in East Sussex. We are looking for a talented and experienced Design Coordinator to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the design process from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage design budgets and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Review and approve design documents and drawings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Design Coordinator.
• Preferably experienced in fit-out and educational projects.
• Strong knowledge of design processes and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
