Experienced Plumber

Location: West London (W12, W2, W10, W6, SW1, SW3, SW6) - Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster. Possibility of relocation to East London by year-end.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (42.5 hours per week)

Qualifications:

• NVQ City and Guilds Level 2 (minimum)
• Full UK Driver's License (van provided)
• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience
• Experience in social housing (desirable)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and qualified plumber to join our team, currently operating in West London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, excellent technical skills, and a dedication to providing high-quality service. You will be responsible for a range of plumbing tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance, across various locations within West London, with a potential move to East London by the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts.
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
• Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, particularly within social housing settings.

Requirements:

• NVQ City and Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum).
• Full UK Driver's License.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
• Experience working in social housing (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
