My client, a multidisciplinary Consulting who specialising in Urban Planning, Development, and Infrastructure projects, is looking for a Senior Town Planner to Join the team based in Kent. Additionally, with a strong reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions, the company works across various sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure.

Due to significant growth in business, the client is looking for an ambitious Senior Town Planner to join the Planning team. The successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity gain knowledge from sector leading professionals, to progress their career and work on exciting projects

The Position as a Senior Town Planner

The position as a Senior Town Planner is for a proactive individual. The successful candidate will have full membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in conducting research and site appraisals, prepare, submit, and negotiate planning applications, respond to development plan consultations, and be confident working independently and managing a team.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

• RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
• Chartered Member of the RTPI
• Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
• Demonstrable previous experience.
• Writing and excellent languages skills and the ability to effectively communicate planning arguments.
