Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our team. This role involves working across three key areas: Bottles Packing, Sterilisation, and Tank Room Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production processes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Shift Pattern:
Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: 60 hours
- Week 2: 24 hours
- Continental Shift: Includes both day and night shifts, with each shift lasting 12 hours.
- Bottles Packing:
- Efficiently pack bottles and other containers according to established guidelines.
- Inspect packed products for quality and accuracy.
- Operate packing machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and maintenance.
- Sterilisation:
- Perform sterilisation processes on equipment and materials as per safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain sterilisation equipment to ensure effective operation.
- Record and report any issues or deviations from standard procedures.
- Tank Room Operations:
- Manage and operate equipment in the tank room, including mixing and handling materials.
- Follow prescribed procedures for handling and processing of materials.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of tank room facilities.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts, as well as weekends, as required by the continental shift pattern.
- Work Schedule: Alternating weeks with 60 hours and 24 hours.
- Hourly Rate: £14.06 per hour.
