This role offers the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the German market, with regular travel to Germany to meet clients, candidates, and stay ahead of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Talent: Identify and engage with high-caliber candidates for roles across Germany using a variety of sourcing methods.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Germany, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
