About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Traffic Marshall to join our team in Worcester. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians on a busy construction site. If you have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the flow of vehicles and machinery on and around the construction site.
  • Ensure the safety of pedestrians and other road users by implementing traffic management plans.
  • Communicate effectively with site personnel and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and enforce site rules and safety protocols.
  • Report any incidents or safety concerns to the site supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Valid Traffic Marshall (CPCS) card or equivalent certification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a construction environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • High awareness of health and safety practices.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
