As a key part of our client's success, the Personal Assistant will be integral to ensuring seamless communication between Advisors and the wider team within the business.

Core Responsibilities as a Personal Assistant:

  • Take detailed meeting notes and prepare review letters within the business’ CRM system.
  • Attend all external client meetings with an Advisor, driving the Advisor when necessary.
  • Manage technical queries, liaising with the Advisor for consistent and accurate responses.
  • Prioritise client outcomes to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service.
  • Support the rest of the team within the business in an approachable and proactive manner.
  • Redirect queries to allow the Advisor to focus on business growth.
  • Stay informed on market, regulatory, and any crucial trends to enhance effectiveness.
  • Book and manage client prospect meetings and review sessions efficiently.
  • Build strong client relationships, serving as their primary contact in the Advisor’s absence.

 

The Perfect Personal Assistant will have the following:

  • Proven experience in a support role within financial services or a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interpret complex information and portray it clearly.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, especially in maintaining records and managing client interactions.
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, with excellent time management skills.
  • A calm and professional demeanour, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A commitment to client confidentiality and an ethical, professional approach to work.
  • Full UK driving license is mandatory.
