Deputy Nursery Manager – Muswell Hill
Job Type: Full Time, permanent, 40 hours per week
Salary: £31,500 - £39,900 (depending on qualifications and experience).

What will you be doing?

The brand-new nursery setting gives you the opportunity to shape every aspect from the ground up! Your responsibilities include;

Ensure that every child receives a high level of care and is in a safe environment
Deliver stimulating methods of learning to help shape individual needs, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
Lead a team of exceptional people towards a common goal
Have experience with business and commerce elements of the Nursery runnings
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance procedures.
Ability to build trusting relationships with parents, colleague, children and external partners

What we’re looking for

For our bespoke nursery, we are looking for experienced leaders to join us;

Must be Level 3 qualified or above.
Experience with an Early Years Leadership role ideally as a Deputy Manager or similar.
A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes.
An inspirational Deputy Nursery Manager that can develop a high performing team
