What You'll Do:

• Plan and deliver lessons that are not only educational but also fun and interactive, capturing the imagination of Year 1 students.
• Focus on developing the core skills of literacy, numeracy, and phonics, using a range of resources and activities that make these essential skills accessible and enjoyable for young learners.
• Establish a warm, safe, and supportive classroom environment where students feel valued and are encouraged to take risks in their learning.
• Regularly assess student progress through observations, assessments, and feedback.
• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to teaching and learning across the school.
• Participate in planning sessions, share best practices, and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
