We are currently looking for a General Manager at The Sherwood Ranger in Carlton-in-Lindrick. The Sherwood has undergone a massive £500,000 refurbishment as we have modernised and upgraded this great sports bar. As part of this, we are looking for passionate people to join the business.
The Sherwood Ranger is a huge part of the local community and we have turned it into a great place to come relax and unwind.
Day to day duties will include (but not limited to):
- Serving customers in a polite and timely manner
- Opening/closing up the pub when required
- Dealing with suppliers/stock check
- Cashing up at the end of the night
- Delegating responsibilities/training bar staff
- Bringing creativity to the role and helping to organise events

Requirements/Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices.
- Proven bar management experience.
