What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Heart: Support the Registered Manager in overseeing the care and development of children and young people.
- Inspire Excellence: Manage and motivate a team of care workers to deliver top-notch care.
- Keep it Running Smoothly: Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, and assist with administrative tasks.
- Grow Together: Participate in ongoing staff training and development sessions.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Leadership experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
- At least 2 years of experience working with children in a residential setting.
- A valid driver’s license.
