We have an exclusive opportunity for a Front of House Administrator to join a prestigious organisation based in brand new offices in South-East Birmingham.

Based on the front of house reception, you will really be the face of this corporate organisation, acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and calls. With a bright, positive and cheerful demeanour at all times, you will meet and greet clients and visitors, handling any queries they may have and directing them to meeting rooms. In this varied Front of House Administrator position, you will also take high volumes of telephone calls on behalf of the companies’ clients, so highly polished communication skills will be essential to your success. Fantastic organisation skills will be crucial, as you will update the client database, arrange internal diaries and monitor meeting room availability, as well as regularly sending emails with telephone messages and updates to clients.

As the Front of House Administrator, working closely with the Office Manager, you will ensure the seamless set up of services for new clients, handling any questions or queries they may have and referring more complex enquiries to the appropriate internal team. Monitoring office equipment and stock levels across kitchens and meeting rooms, you will place orders for additional supplies as required, logging and tracking details on the internal system. This is an incredibly hard working and close-knit team, who all collaborate and work together to ensure the best service to their clients, so someone with a like-minded approach will be essential in this key Front of House Administrator position.

For this Front of House Administrator opportunity, previous experience in an administrative, receptionist or customer facing environment will be required, ideally from within a corporate or professional services organisation. With such a varied role, you will be a natural organiser, with an amazing eye for detail, a proactive approach, a great attitude and work ethic and a real roll your sleeves up style. With a no job too big or too small attitude to your role, you will happily turn your hand to anything that is needed.
