Their services include everything from managed IT support and cybersecurity solutions to cloud computing and disaster recovery. Joining as the newest Account Manager, you’ll be expected to sell a range of services to various clientele!

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement and business development efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling a Broad Range of IT Services: You will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse suite of IT solutions, including:
    • Managed IT Support: Comprehensive IT support services that ensure seamless operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.
    • Cybersecurity Solutions: Advanced security measures to protect businesses from cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
    • Cloud Computing: Scalable cloud solutions that offer flexibility, security, and efficiency.
    • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Services designed to protect businesses from data loss and downtime, ensuring they can recover quickly from unexpected events.
    • Consulting Services: Expert IT consulting to help businesses strategize and implement the best technology solutions for their needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to expand our client base, while also growing existing accounts by understanding and addressing their evolving IT needs.
