A leading multidisciplinary practice is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in Liverpool. Job Details: The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing a variety of projects. Key duties include conducting condition surveys, report writing, preparing funding bids, budget estimates, and specifications for tender issues. Additional responsibilities involve handling planning and building regulations applications, contract administration, and overseeing project management from inception through to site delivery.

Requirements:

  • Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships confidently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant IT tools
  • UK driving license required
  • Enhanced DBS check will be conducted upon appointment

Candidates who are Chartered Members or nearing their APC final assessment will be considered.
