An excellent opportunity for an electrician with a background in commercial installations to utilize their skill set by joining a growing renewable energy company that is offering a nation wide role with development opportunities.

This is a rapidly growing company founded in 2019 which specializes in the transformation of parking spaces into renewable energy creators. They have launched multiple industry leading Canopy systems which provide shade to vehicles whilst generating clean energy.

In this role the successful candidate will inspect, test, and handle electrical installations in commercial buildings. This role will require the candidate to install, maintain and repair electrical systems ensuring they are to standards. The role will also require the candidate to attend customer sites to perform inspections and surveys of sites, equipment and components to ensure minimum system downtime.

We are searching for the perfect fit: a skilled electrician with a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently in an autonomous role. The successful candidate should have experience working with Solar PV, BESS or EV experience and will preferably be qualified in these areas. The candidate will be a time served qualified electrician and will be a NAPIT Approved Person.

The role:

* Install, Maintain and Repair electrical wiring, fixtures and equipment within BS 7671 Standards.

* Test and Commission electrical systems to ensure continuity of installed systems.

* Attend sites to conduct inspections and surveys, equipment and components to correctly identify hazards.

* Diagnose malfunctioning systems using appropriate equipment to identify the cause and implement necessary corrective measures.

The person:

* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Qualified Electrician ideally within a commercial setting

* C&G 2391 Qualified

* 18th Edition Certified

* NAPIT Approved Person

* Experience in Solar PV, BESS or EVCP (Qualifications Desirable)

* Full Clean UK Driving License
