About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of high-quality automotive parts and products, catering to independent garages and bodyshops. Our client is seeking a dedicated and efficient Delivery Driver and Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning delivery routes and loading your van to ensure the prompt and safe delivery and collection of automotive parts. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers will be key, as will your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Staying informed about the latest product offers and providing helpful, professional support to customers are also essential aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently plan delivery routes and accurately load your vehicle to minimise damage and ensure timely deliveries.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers, offering high levels of service and product knowledge.
• Stay informed about current promotions and offers to better assist customers.
• Lift and carry items as needed to fulfil delivery and collection duties.

About You:

The ideal candidate will hold a full UK driving licence and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. You should have strong communication abilities and a good understanding of the local area’s geography. Physical fitness is important, as the role requires regular lifting and carrying of items.
