This company provide building support services to a large portfolio of public and private sector clients. They have been established for over 40 years and off the back of building a strong reputation in the industry they are in an exciting growth period where they are looking to onboard new employees and help them further develop their career.

In this role you will be joining the access control department and working closely with the head of access control. You will be responsible for preparation of annual PPM and compliance programme of works. You will also play a part in planning and co-ordination of direct labour (In-house and sub-contracted), whilst also updating programme works and current status of all projects. Some site visits may be required too but this will predominantly be throughout London.

The ideal candidate will come from a access control / CCTV background and will have experience in dealing with large scale contracts, you will have experience in a contacts manager role within this sector. The Role:

• Contracts manager role within a CCTC / Access Controls sector.
• Management of commercial and domestic contracts across Enfield, London and Southeast.
• Autonomous role for a forward thinking, motivated candidate.
• Contract management and client liaison experience with large scale property management clients.
• Based in head office out of Enfield (North London) but Hybrid working options available.
  

The Person:

• Strong contract management background in CCTV / Access Control.
• Previous contract / site management experience across the property maintenance sector.
• Experience in team monitoring and delivering project measurables to a large team.
• Highly motivated to succeed individually and within a team environment.
• Located in or commutable to Enfield, North London (UK).
