Sales Executive

Salary: Up to £28K basic (OTE £35) plus further earnings potential in our graduation market.
Location: Cambridgeshire and the surrounding area
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

At Tempest Photography we specialise in capturing the magic of school days through stunning photography. From individual portraits and class photos, through to whole School groups we create lasting memories for students and their families.

As the UK’s leading school photography company, we provide ourselves on delivering high-quality products with exceptional customer service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic people person to join us a Salesperson.

As our Salesperson, you will be responsible for:

• Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong connections with schools, administrators, and decision-makers to secure new business.
• Drive sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities, presenting our photography services, and closing deals.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Work closely with our account holders and photographers to ensure a seamless experience for schools and parents from booking to delivery.
• Stay Organised: Manage your sales pipeline efficiently, keeping track of leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Promote Our Brand: Represent Tempest Photography at conferences, and meetings to showcase our services and products.

What we are looking for:

Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally in the education or school photography industry.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate effectively, and build rapport with clients.
• Self-Motivated: A proactive approach to work with the ability to manage your time and workload independently.
• Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for delivering 1st class customer service
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
