Our client, a leading firm in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team based in North West London. This ongoing contract role offers the chance to work on-site and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The working hours are from 07:00 to 17:00, and the contract duration spans from 6 to 12 months, with an immediate start required.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control all project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all documentations and files
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure all documents are correctly filed and easily accessible
  • Implement and maintain document control procedures and systems
  • Monitor the flow of documents between internal and external parties
  • Ensure all documentation complies with project requirements and industry standards
  • Provide regular updates and reports on document status and issues
  • Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation


Job Requirements:

  • Experience as a Document Controller within the construction sector
  • Strong understanding of document control processes and systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using document management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  • Onsite experience is essential for this role
  • Ability to start immediately
