Overview:

Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with a track record of managing complex office relocations? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the project team for an exciting office relocation project. This is a high-impact role offering a competitive daily rate of £400, with the potential for contract extension based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee all aspects of the office relocation project, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and contingency planning.
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with movers, IT specialists, and other third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project expenses, ensuring that the project stays within budgetary constraints.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues before they arise and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Reporting: Provide regular status updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones and any risks or delays.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing office relocations or similar large-scale projects.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification (desirable).
