Academics is looking for a Teaching Assistant who is able to work at Primary Schools in the Crodon Area.

Key Responsibilities - Daily Supply Teaching Assistant - Croydon

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour
• Work with small groups or individual pupils to provide tailored support
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organisation
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Encourage pupil engagement and participation in class activities
• Supervise children during break and lunch times when required
• Foster the social and emotional development of pupils
• Ensure safeguarding policies are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Experience working with primary-aged children (desirable but not essential)
• A passion for education and supporting children's learning
• Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to different classroom environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude, patience, and resilience
• Right to work in the UK
