Are you a passionate IT Teacher with a dedication to working with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Dunbar Education is seeking an exceptional individual to join the dynamic team at an SEN school that specialises in SEMH and behavioural support.

Hours- Wednesday & Thursday

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (Desirable)
  • Strong passion for teaching and inspiring students
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Extensive experience working with SEMH students
  • Broad knowledge of the IT curriculum

As an IT Teacher at this SEMH-focused school, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and accessible IT lessons tailored to the unique needs of our students. You will be responsible for creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment where each student can achieve their full potential. Your expertise in managing SEMH-related challenges will be crucial in fostering a safe and encouraging atmosphere.

You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of educators, support staff, and specialists to implement personalised learning plans and deliver an inclusive, challenging curriculum. Additionally, you will work with parents, carers, and external agencies to support the holistic development of our students.
