£24,000 starting salary.
Monday to Friday (no weekends).
Administrator – The Role:
- Log jobs and raise engineer call outs
- Liaising with engineers regarding their work and assist as required
- Arrange hotel, train and ferry bookings for engineers and managers
- Actively seek feedback from customers through the use of customer satisfaction surveys
- Ensure email inboxes are monitored daily to provide same day responses
- Experience in an office environment is essential
- Excellent customer service
- Experience of using Microsoft office and inhouse systems
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Additional days holiday for each full year of service (up to 25 days plus bank holidays).
