The Role:

• Maintain the sales ledger up to trial balance
• Process sales invoices efficiently and accurately
• Set up new customer accounts, direct debits, and perform accurate credit checks
• Chase and allocate payments promptly
• Conduct bank reconciliations
• Provide ad hoc accounts support as needed

The Person:

• Previous experience in a similar accounts - support role
• Currently working towards or holding an accounting qualifications is highly desirable
• Good understanding of VAT and UK International accounting practices
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and experience with accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
