Responsible for the management and delivery of all accounts within the region, building strong relationships and managing accounts/quotes and negotiations to close down quotes.
⚫️ Managing a portfolio of clients, growing share of wallet, introducing new products and delivering YOY growth from each account.
⚫️ Experience of managing the Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, full 360 sales cycle management so experience in this area is vital.
⚫️ Hungry to succeed on the road, building visit numbers and making every interaction count with every customer.
What we need:
✅ Previous experience managing key accounts
✅ Strong relationship building skills
✅ Commercially astute and strong negotiator
✅ Can work on own intiative
✅ Experience in lighting would be an advantage
