Position: Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Bolton, 4 days on site down to 3 after probation
Salary: Up to £65,000
Please note: You must be based within a commutable distance to Bolton and be happy to be on-site 4 days a week. You must also have the right to work in the UK, unfortunately our client cannot offer sponsorship.
I am currently working with an established business in Bolton who are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team. Ideally, you will come from an agency background or have previously worked in this setting.
The role is ideal for someone who wants autonomy and has a 'can do' attitude. This is a hands on role, so if you are ready to get stuck in and you are ready to bring in new and innovative ideas to the table, this is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to support the client's business objectives
- Craft compelling content and communicate effectively
- Manage projects from concept through to delivery
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital platforms
- Contribute creatively and constructively to meetings, confidently challenging ideas
- Support team members and manage third-party suppliers
About You:
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- We are looking for candidates who love to develop their skills, so ideally you will be up to date with certifications and training!
- Possess a deep understanding of the digital industry
- Have at least 5 years of marketing experience with a proven success record
- Hold extensive knowledge of website platforms, user experience, content management systems, SEO, and PPC/AdWords strategies
- Experienced with email marketing providers like HubSpot
- Able to build and maintain strong client and team relationships
- Confident in communicating and presenting at all levels with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to think laterally and remain open-minded
- Take pride in your work and maintain accountability
