Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Additional Bens

About the role 

The successful Product Manager will be at the forefront of product innovation. You will work with a talented team of Software Engineers, a Lead Product Manager, a Senior Product Manager, Product Designers, and Security Consultants. This role is not just about maintaining the status quo but about driving the product management journey forward. Due to exponential growth in their product offering, customer base, revenue, and team size. Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct thorough research and identify new product features that enhance user experience and deliver substantial value to clients.
• Utilise insights derived from various data sources, including customer feedback and market research, to inform and refine product decisions and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to formulate and implement comprehensive product plans and roadmaps.
• Develop precise and detailed product documentation, ensuring consistency and alignment across all phases of the development process.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of product features, from initial concept through to release, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
• Provide training and support to ensure teams have a comprehensive understanding of the product’s capabilities, value proposition, and best practices for optimal utilisation

Skills & Experience 

• Extensive and demonstrable background working as a Product Manager within a SaaS cybersecurity company, showcasing a strong track record of success in this role.
• A comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of SaaS product development, including a thorough understanding of the entire product lifecycle from inception to launch and ongoing management.
• Hands-on experience working in dynamic environments, specifically within early-stage startups or rapidly growing scale-ups, is essential.
