Graduate Sales Designer

Role Responsibilities

  • Meeting with homeowners to provide support and help create their dream home, offering different suggestions and options to suit their needs
  • Building effective relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring these contribute to business success through exceptional customer service
  • Accurately measuring for windows, doors, porches, and roofline products
  • Offering different suggestions and options to suit the customer's needs and aspirations
  • Addressing sales goals and adjusting to customer needs to close a sale
  • Demonstrating confidence to the customer, explaining the quality of the product and the benefits of industry-leading products
  • Displaying a genuine caring approach and helping the customer solve problems to fill the needs that their home currently lacks
  • Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of the wide range of features and benefits
  • Complying with legal requirements of the FCA when demonstrating finance options

  • Polite, courteous, and enthusiastic approach with the ability to develop excellent customer relations
