Insite International are recruiting for an Office Administrator to work in Leeds, LS12 Area.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Industrial Waste Industry. They are looking to hire an Office Administrator to join the team in their small, fast paced office based in Leeds.

Daily Duties will include but not limited to; - Setting up Waste Streams & searching out chemical information - Dealing with building enquiries in a timely manner - Sending out disposal quotations to clients - Following up on enquiries & quotes while building a relationship with the disposable sites - Answering incoming calls in a professional manner - General office admin duties

We are looking for the right candidate to have excellent communications skills, be confident & assertive and have the ability to use their own initiative.

Pay: £15 Per Hour

Hours: 9:00am-3:00pm (Hours then progressing to more as developing in the role)

Duration: Temp to Perm (12 Weeks probation period & then offered a Perm position)

Start: Interviews being held from 09/09/2024
