Parkinson Lee Executive Search are currently recruiting a Head of Procurement Finance to work for our client, a sizeable fast paced and high growth FMCG business.

Are you immediately available and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? This 6-month fixed term contract is the perfect opportunity for you to add value and support a senior leadership team and stakeholders in the business.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and procurement, with proven leadership skills and the ability to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement finance strategy and operations.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure alignment.
  • Identify and implement cost – saving initiatives.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision making.

We are looking for those candidates with the following skills: -

  • You will be a qualified accountant, (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualified finance experience.
  • Significant experience operating within a senior finance capacity with demonstrable skills in business partnering procurement functions.
  • A self-starter, with the ability to motivate and drive performance, able to work within a challenging and fast paced environment.
  • Analytical in your approach with excellent communication and leadership skills.
