A secondary school in the London Borough of Bromley is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to deliver quality lessons in a very successful, energetic and supportive faculty.  The successful English Teacher will have insight and enthusiasm; should be prepared to adopt an innovative approach to curriculum planning and be committed to using a wide range of approaches to support pupils making progress in and out of lessons. 

The school is a highly successful co-educational comprehensive school for students aged 11-18. With an ethos that encourages academic rigour, high expectations and a well-disciplined approach to learning. The successful English Teacher will be expected to plan and deliver high quality English lessons to Key Stages 3,4 and possibly 5. You will also undertake a designated programme of teaching across the relevant key stages. Some other responsibilities include completing the relevant documents to help in the tracking of student progress, following school policies and procedures and maintaining discipline in line with the school’s procedures, encouraging good work practice.
