As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in both one-to-one and group settings.
• Assist teachers in the classroom, ensuring that learning activities are accessible and engaging for all students.
• Help students develop essential skills, including communication, social, and emotional skills.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and academic success of all students.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support the individual needs of each student.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers, ensuring the appropriate adjustments are made to support learning.

• Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed and thrive in their educational journey.
• Patience, empathy, and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with additional needs.
• Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
