LEVEL 3 TEACHING ASSISTANT

Salary: £80 - £90

Hours: Full time, 8.30am - 3.30pm

SMART Education are looking for experienced Level 3 teaching assistants to work with a fantastic primary school in Bartley Green. The school need support providing literacy/numeracy intervention and working with SEND and/or Primary students. The role is to commence September 2024, on a full time basis.

Job Role: The Teaching Assistant

• Follow planning provided by the class teacher
• Support pupils within the classroom
• Support pupils in small groups for intervention work
• Literacy and Numeracy intervention work
• Supporting SEND and/or Primary students
• Communicate with teacher throughout the day

Qualifications Required: At least 6+ months of experience as a teaching assistant

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
• At least 6 months experience 
• DBS on the Update Service 
• experience working with SEND students
• Ability to motivate and inspire students
