Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
- Permanent position
- Hours: Mon – Thurs: 07:00 – 16:45,
- Could also work shifts 7am – 7pm/7pm – 7am (Monday – Thursday)
- Rate of Pay: up to £18.74 per hour for days
- When on shift the rate increases to £21.93 per hour.
- Pension – Match up to 6%
- Production bonus each
This is an exciting opportunity for a Time Served Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join an established business. Working Monday – Thursday repairing and maintaining machinery.
What you will be doing:
- Installing and commissioning of plant and machinery
- Machine upgrades
- Daily maintenance checks on machinery; reporting any major maintenance issues.
- Keeping accurate breakdown logs
- Ensuring machine records and manuals are accessible and in good working order
- PAT testing
What you will bring to the team:
- Experienced Maintenance Technician
- Time served
- 18th Edition
- PAT
- Experience with repair and maintenance of hydraulics and PLC controlled machinery
