Senior Planner – Hinkley Point C

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join a large nuclear project, working on RC, bulk earthworks and infrastructure schemes.

The appointed candidate will have experience in the installation of M&E and fitout of RC frame buildings, as well as a through understanding of NEC contracts.

Responsibilities will include:

• Create programmes from 1st principles, utilising M&E schemes, drawings and specifications
• Audit subcontractor programmes
• Introduce and analyse change in programmes according to prescriptive NEC conditions
• Resource and cost load
• Develop the content and structure for a tender programme
• And much more….

Applicants but possess the following:

• Must have NEC contract based planning experience, within the UK.
• Will have familiar RC frame building knowledge, ideally within M&E
• Minimum of 5 years planning experience, within construction, nuclear or similar
• Previous construction experience, across a wide range of engineering projects, with a good understanding of commercial and contractual matters.
• Competency in the use of Primavera P6.

Hybrid working is an available option but there will be the requirement to go to site every week.
