About the client
Our client is a leading property investment and development company across the UK. Ranging from serviced apartment blocks to housing estates, business centres to industrial estates, self-storage facilities to international airport car parks. They are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Production of management accounts using templates from previous month
- Prepare summary front papers with key performance indicators
- Analyse the profit and loss account understanding and having explanation for variances to budget
- Review of balance sheet reconciling key control accounts
- Cash Flow Forecasting - Manage all Accrual Costs across different Projects needed for Project Managers
- Processing VAT Reverse Charges – Balance Monthly VAT and ensuring all Ledgers are correctly balanced
