They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, playing a crucial role in the company's continued success while being an integral part of a close-knit group.
In this role, you will take on commercial responsibilities, including finalising tender submissions, negotiating contracts, and managing projects of varying sizes and values. You'll be involved in multiple project stages, ensuring timely reports and cost control reviews, while providing recommendations and insights to the Commercial Manager. You'll also work directly with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

This role is ideal for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with construction industry experience, particularly in a range of project types. A degree and 1-2 years of industry experience are preferred. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a strong desire to advance your career are essential.
